Advanced Metacomposites Laboratory (AML) is always on the look out to recruit highly motivated and diligent individual, with a strong interest in research work (mechanics, materials and manufacturing) and the ability to work independently.
Graduate students can apply for Ph.D. Research Assistantship (RA) or Teaching Assistantship (TA).
Graduate students can apply to be part of the NSF Research Traineeship (NRT) program under Prof. Tan’s lab.
Undergraduate students can join the lab through Senior Design Projects MECE:461/471 or ME Course MECE:498 Experimental Investigation in ME.
Both undergraduate and graduate students can apply to NSF International Research Experience for Students (IRES) program led by Prof. Tan.
